User name Password Ammendment – The form on this page is the ammendment to the reseller contract that will give access to EU passwords for our resellers.

Auto-Renewal & Deletion Policy – If a domain name is not renewed within 30 days of expiration, the expired domain name is moved into the “Redemption Grace Period” at the end of that 30 day period. The domain name stays in this redemption state for 40 days. At the end of this 40 day period, the domain name is then moved into the “Pending Delete” status, and cannot be renewed either by the end user or by ResellOne. The domain name remains in “Pending Delete” status for no more than 10 days at which point the domain name is released by the registry, and may be re-registered by the public. ResellOne does not auto-renew domain names outside of extenuating circumstances, as defined by ICANN or directed by a court order.
